Centrally located in the heart of downtown Miami, our building is just minutes away from Bayfront, Bayside Marketplace, Kaseya Arena, Port of Miami, Brickell City Centre, and more.
Explore the city effortlessly with the above-ground Metromover, conveniently situated next to the hotel, offering convenient public transportation throughout Downtown and Brickell.

The property utilizes a virtual key system for entering the building, operating the elevator, and unlocking the door to our unit - all accessible from your smartphone.
Parking is not available within the building premises; however, valet parking is offered for a fee. Alternatively, the College Station Garage, 2 min walk from our building, provides parking at a reasonably priced rate. Currently, their rates are $10 for 0-4 hours and $15 for 4-24 hours, with an additional $15 for each subsequent day. Please note that these rates may be subject to change, and it's advisable to check for the most up-to-date pricing.
For safety reasons, we do not supply any food or cooking condiments, ensuring a fresh start for each guest. If you plan to whip up a home-cooked meal, these items are readily available at a nearby supermarket for your convenience.
Kindly refrain from shipping items to our address, as we are unable to access the mailbox on your behalf.

The location is ideal for anyone looking to stay in downtown Miami. On previous trips, my wife and I stayed closer to Fort Lauderdale, but this time we wanted to explore the heart of the city — and we’re so glad we did. The Metromover, which we hadn’t even heard of before arriving, turned out to be a huge bonus — it’s free, incredibly convenient, and located directly across from the property.One of the biggest perks of this stay is that it’s not booked through the Yotel service. That means no extra fees, no waiting in lines, and no dealing with front desk staff — everything is streamlined and hassle-free.The unit itself was spotless and very well maintained. We’ve had frustrating elevator experiences at other rentals, but not here — the elevator system was surprisingly fast and efficient. We never waited more than a minute, even during busy hours.The space looks great in photos but is even better in person. Overall, a fantastic experience and one we’d highly recommend.
