In town from out of state for a long weekend attending a baby shower for our daughter. Granville is charming and the location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The only snafu was the check-in. The code to the door did not work. Was unable to contact the owner via text & phone call. Once I got thru to customer service, the owner called me immediately. He was very apologetic and helpful and we were able to enter the home with no further issues. We would definitely stay again.

His warmth and hospitality truly set this experience apart—he was always available, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our visit perfect.The house itself is a cozy haven, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make anyone feel at home. Its location in downtown Granville couldn’t be better—whether you’re exploring the charming town or visiting a child at Denison University, this is the ideal place to stay. Everything is within easy reach, yet the home remains peaceful and inviting.What truly made this trip unforgettable, however, was Loyd himself. By the end of our stay, he wasn’t just a fantastic host; he had become a lifelong friend. Look no further if you’re looking for a place with heart, comfort, and a host who truly cares. This is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return!
