Must stay location! This space is absolutely gorgeous with all the needed details and more. The rooftop space is a big bonus with a wonderful view of the marina. The location is perfect for walking to the marina or visiting all the local downtown shops and restaurants. We all fell in love and said we'd for sure rent this place again when visiting Lake City!

From the moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay the communication was excellent. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures. It looks like it was just remodeled so everything is pristine and clean. Large kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils as well as a blender, toaster oven, etc. Family room is huge yet cozy with plenty of seating and a big screen TV. The rooftop deck was has a gorgeous view of the marina and a fire pit, games, chairs. The bedrooms were great with lots of closet space too. We can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking to stay in Lake City, stop reading this review and go BOOK this property! We were invited to a wedding nearby and decided after some looking that this condo with the location downtown but backing up to the marina was interesting. It is truly amazing! We all agree this is the best property we have ever VRBO'ed. The renovation must be VERY recent and everything is in perfect order. Do not hesitate to book.- Super Clean- Great Location- The listing pictures do not do it justice.- Very responsive host!

The apartment was beautiful with top furnishings,Location was great only downfall was the moldy coffee grounds but we cleaned them out and moved on the property is truly amazing !
