This 8th-floor corner unit perched gracefully along the coastline, where every glance offers a panoramic view of the endless ocean stretching out before you. As you enter, there is a comfortable dining area consisting of a 6 person dining room and chairs. Choose to keep it casual or dress it up with beautiful table linens kept in a dining room cabinet. There are wine glasses, champagne flutes or beer mugs that can be used at your disposal.
As you step further into the unit you will find an inviting living room. The living area is a sanctuary of comfort and style, featuring a comfortable leather couch and furnishings arranged to optimize both relaxation and conversation. Here you can enjoy the large screen smart T.V. set. You may not ever want to watch T.V. because steps away is screened-in lanai. Open the glass doors to find lounge chairs and a table. The higher-up corner unit is perfect for watching dolphins and/or the sunset.
The kitchen is nice sized with newer stove, refrigerator and microwave. Everything you would ever need during your stay is available including baking sheets, newer pots and pans, coffee maker, kitchen towels, apron, pizza stone, and more. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a culinary masterpiece, the kitchen is well-equipped. Also, there is a balcony right off the kitchen which offers a breath of fresh air.
The master bedroom is a haven of tranquility. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the comfortable king-sized bed. This bedroom also offers its own bathroom. No expense has been spared with comfortable towels, sheets, hair dryer, curling iron and other amenities. The bedroom has a 2 large closets for your use.
The guest bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 full-sized bed. There are dressers and a large closet for your clothes. Next to the guest bedroom is a bathroom with its own shower and bath. There is a linen closet next to the bathroom that has beach towels, sheet, extra towels and even an iron and ironing board. The hallway that connects both bedrooms has a new washer and dryer. The washer is extra deep to handle beach towels and sheets.

Very nice condos! Clean and well kept up. Only down side is the traffic later in the afternoon. Bumper to Bumper for a few hours. Faster to walk. Condo buildings and grounds were beautiful. Would highly recommend.
