A perfectly situated, furnished Park City home that feels like an everyday retreat. This location combines mountain living with proximity to grocery stores restaurants, skiing, and a 25-minute drive to the SLC airport. Includes a gourmet kitchen, multiple living spaces, office, 4 of the 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, garage parking, washer/dryer, multiple private decks, pool, and meditation studio overlooking breathtaking mountain views perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Please note, guests share residential driveway and are required to park in the garage space or along the street to ensure driveway remains accessible to all and snow removal can effectively be managed. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles; any additional vehicles need to be discussed with property owner to ensure shared driveway remains accessible and plowable for snow removal.
Overnight street parking, during the winter, is not allowed.

I stayed here for a long weekend with friends and had an incredible time. I was dealing with some unique circumstances and our host was so communicative and cooperative to make sure everything was sorted out before our arrival! Anything that came up was handled promptly and we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again! This house has spacious common areas, several bedrooms with their own temperature controls, and great features that extended beyond what the listing shows! Be warned that the driveway is a bit steep, especially in the winter and access to and within the house has many stairs that would no be suitable for people with mobility concerns.
