Welcome to Das Ferienhaus, your home away from home in the Texas Hill Country! Conveniently located between Main Street and Wine Road 290, this well appointed suite offers everything you need to make you feel right at home. After a day of exploring the town, enjoy a glass of wine on the inviting patio or relax in the private hot tub. The inviting bedroom will leave you rested and rejuvenated!
LOCATION - Located just .7 miles from Main Street and 2 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg, Texas
HOST - This is one of eight suites on the property but your suite is completely private and has its own private entrance and doesn't share any of its amenities with any of the other suites on the property.
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people in a king bedroom and a bunk bed (twin bed over a full bed) in the sleeping nook
BATH - 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combination
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher
AMENITIES - Hot tub, Smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas bbq grill

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. I am not one for leaving reviews, but this place deserves the 5 star rating. It's the only place that I would want to stay when we visit Fredericksburg again.

Loved this property! There were several nice touches, like no shortage of available throw blankets. It was super clean and was an easily accessible location.

This was a fantastic rental. Perfect size for pur girls trip! The house had everything we needed and the host was always quick to answer any questions. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this place.
