No Parties or Events! This is a beautiful three bedroom 2 bath home with wood floors and quick access to the Bosque for a pleasurable walk or exercise routine. Leave the shampoo and body soap at home because my place has it all, coffee, washer/ dryer, laundry detergent, pots/pans, cooking utensils. The refrigerated air will be certain to keep you cool in the summer. Enjoy Netflix and Roku tv on a big screen .Free high speed internet. Very close to BALLOON FIESTA PARK and Cottonwood Wood mall.

Good neighborhood, nice house with great washer&dryer. Just a bit from me that the toilet in the master bed made runing water noise all day long and so loud noise everytime flushing.

We came out for my mother in laws funeral. The property was perfect for a nice quiet place to unwind. Nice central location and easy access to all of the events.
