About this apartment rental
Our house was built in 1992 and is located on the outskirts of Rümmelsheim. The Weinbergsliebe vacation rental was completely renovated by the end of 2024. The theme of “wine” has been subtly incorporated into the interior design and color scheme. The focus was on high-quality amenities and a cozy atmosphere.
Rümmelsheim is nestled amid vineyards with views of forests and meadows, not far from the Rhine (6 km), the Nahe (3 km), Rheinhessen (6 km), and the Soonwald/Hunsrück (10 km).
We are fortunate to live in a beautiful wine-growing village with many excellent winemakers. You don’t have to go far to find good wine here. Some of the charming wineries are right next door or just a short distance away. Here, you can experience authentic country life up close.
We’re especially proud of our Layen Castle, which you can see from your living room window and the terrace. Another special highlight is our “Mee(h)r sehen Tour” wine trail, which passes not far from our house. You’ll also find a small theater, a village store, a Thai massage parlor, and a beauty salon in our town.
For anyone who’d like to enjoy fresh rolls in the morning, we offer a roll delivery service.
There are grocery stores, bakeries, and pharmacies in the neighboring towns.
A bus stop is located about 200 meters from our house. Particularly beautiful towns nearby include Bingen (6 km) and Bad Kreuznach (16 km). There are good restaurants in our neighboring towns; you can use the convenient bus service to get there.
Beautiful vacation apartment in the vineyard:
Our spacious “Weinbergsliebe” vacation rental (55 square meters) with underfloor heating is located on the first floor. Aside from the 3 outdoor steps, it is wheelchair accessible.
It features an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a Bora induction cooktop, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave—perfect for culinary delights during your stay.
In addition to the cozy dining area and comfortable couch, you’ll find a smart TV and a desk.
The terrace is accessible at ground level and offers a beautiful view of the vineyards and our castle. In the summer, white hydrangeas frame the lovely seating area. A patio umbrella provides shade on hot days.
A parking space is available for you in front of our house. We’ve set up guest Wi-Fi for you.
The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower. A makeup mirror, bath and hand towels, and a hair dryer are provided for your use.
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a custom-designed headboard with lighting. From the bed, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the vineyards. A large closet offers ample space for clothes and suitcases. There is also a smart TV, a safe, and a full-length mirror. For stays of up to 4 guests, the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area can be used. Thanks to the slatted frame and high-quality mattress (1.60×2.00 m), a restful night’s sleep is guaranteed. Spacious closets in the living room provide ample space for your clothes.

On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us via email in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental.
