This is the BEST house we have rented on AMI, maybe ever anywhere. We love to cook and the kitchen was 12/10...a chef's dream! The pool and hot tub with televisions were perfect on rainy days. The perfect spot if bringing your boat. All of the amenities you could ever imagine. The elevator was perfect for elderly parents to come along.

If it’s possible to imagine entering a new space where every view and turn opens to surprise and delight beyond what you expect, this is what we found at Bimini Sunrise. The first of four levels of living begins with the entry views through to the swimming pool, huge infinity hot tub, and palm tree lined boat dock beyond, suggesting the fun to come in the week ahead. By-passing the elevator for the luggage later, we ran up the stairway to the expansive main level, with sweeping views through the two-story, floor-to-ceiling windows filling the contemporary, open-concept living, dining, kitchen, and bar areas with sunlight. The kitchen is beautiful and even larger in person than in the pictures, with all thehigh-end appliances, cookware, glassware, tableware, and serving utensils we needed for the chefs in our family. The master suite andthree additional bedroom suites easily accommodated our family including grandchildren. Balconies off each of the levels were great areas to read, draw, or rest swinging slowly on the daybed. There are so many activities and places to go that our week is oneto remember. We went kayaking in the bay, visited a bird sanctuary, got an introduction to paddle boarding from our son, took a shortbike ride to the gulf beaches with our granddaughters, played foosball on the patio, and swam in the pool. We walked torestaurants, shops, the local farmer’s market, and the ice cream shop, Two Scoops. Ending each day on the rooftop deck to watch the sunset

We had 3 couples with 7 children between us all and everyone had a blast. The property was clean, well kept and it was fully equipped. The owners/managers had great attention to detail with an amazing kitchen stocked with all the pots/pans and utensils you would need. The 2nd floor living room overlooking the canal from the balcony made for a great hang out spot. We brought a boat and the deck outside had plenty of room to fit our 24ft boat. The backyard was out of a magazine, which could have been featured in a magazine. Even when it rained we were able to enjoy a relaxing day in the pool and spa thanks to the covered pool/outdoor area. We had a great time and would definitely recommend! There aren't enough positive things to say about this property, we would give 10 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing vacation rental!
