This delightful 150 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access.
This stylish apartment is designed with modern living and kitchen areas, offering a comfortable space to unwind and socialize. The cozy living area features a charming table for meals and a relaxed sitting area where guests can enjoy TV after a day of exploring the city.
The open kitchen invites socializing while cooking, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available.
The first bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen bed and ample storage space. The ensuite bathroom offers a private space to refresh. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom for added comfort.
A common service bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
Guests can also relax on the lovely balcony, enjoying the sunlight and taking in the stunning river views and the iconic Arrábida Bridge.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

It's also close to the famous port wine cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, where visitors can enjoy tours and tastings.
Canidelo is home to Praia de Canidelo, a lovely beach perfect for relaxing, swimming, or enjoying fresh seafood at nearby restaurants. With its blend of natural beauty and local charm, it’s an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway near Porto.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. A private parking spot is included in the building.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The check-in instructions could not have been easier with host instructions/video. This condo has ample storage. The master bed was very comfortable. Essentials were minimal (no oils, salt/pepper, 2 dishwashing tabs, 1 small roll of paper towels). Couple issues was that I sent an email to the management team using their link but never got a response and not sure why the mattress had a flat sheet used where a fitted should have been. The refrigerator shelf is cracked. Our stay was noisy with all the new condo construction work going on. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better and Master bath sink and bath did not drain well.
