Hello Sunshine! This perfect get-away beachfront vacation condo in paradise for two lucky guests is part of the Bonita Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex. Welcome to this charming condo in Bonita Beach. This rental features one cozy bedroom with a two double beds.
Two resort-sized heated pools, Miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right accross the street, Great fishing,
You will find all the essential amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, and AC. Guests can enjoy the convenience of on-site coin laundry and a washing machine.
For your convenience there are beach chairs to take to the beach! There are some swim noodles and a surfboard.
The terrific location allows for easy access to all the attractions in the area. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
WEEKLY MINIMUM Rental from Saturday to Saturday in peak season (Dec - April).
The Beach and Tennis club may look different and some places still look like a construction place as we are all rebuilding after Hurricane Ian but we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever!
Gorgeous, breathtaking views from your 4th floor balcony looking at the beach, You can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf, have a glass of wine and watch our world-famous sunsets and make it one of the most cherished memory of your vacation.
This beachfront one-bedroom, one-bath vacation condo is bright and airy and outfitted with Florida flair.
There is tile throughout and ceiling fans to make the most of cool breezes. The bathroom features a tiled Walk In Shower. There's a lovely fully equipped Kitchen including a dishwasher.
There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.
For your convenience there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
This vacation home's ideal location offers easy access to the mainland (Naples).
If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. We would like to note that there is still construction occurring all around the premises and some on the premises. We have been hard at work to make the club beautiful again. Both pools are open. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.

Area is still recovering from recent hurricanes so there is some construction going on. However, its location is hard to beat.

The condo was accurately described and the owner told us there was still a lot of construction going on in the area. She was correct in that the entire resort is still being worked on daily. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Our condo had a nice terrace where you could see the beach and sunsets. Several nice places to eat close by. Beds and sheets were a bit uncomfortable. I wish someone would have warned me you can’t turn in to the resort where the entrance used to be. It was very confusing how to get into the resort parking lot.Overall, for the price it was a nice vacation but no amenities are available at this time.
