This exquisitely designed tropical oasis is everything you are looking for in a coastal beach retreat. It's the perfect location and the closest house to the beach located on Lyndell Lane – and it's just steps from the beach and all the shops and dining opportunities of Panama City Beach.
Boasting a total of 5 full bedrooms including two Master Suites with private luxurious bathrooms with huge walk-in showers that feature twin shower heads including a tranquil rain shower head. It features 10' ceilings, gorgeous whitewashed shiplap walls, tongue and groove shiplap ceilings in master suites and quartz countertops throughout.
The main level living space features expansive views of the private pool area and outdoor living space and provides comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 75" TV.
The expansive outdoor living space boasts the largest pool on the block (heated for an additional fee), spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, and separate grilling area with gas grill. The outdoor covered porch area includes another dining table with seating for 8 and a 65" TV so you can watch your favorite sports team from the pool and outdoor living areas.
The chef's kitchen offers designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and Black Stainless G.E. appliances. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee system in addition to a 12 cup drip coffee maker.
Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8, while the counter offers seating for another 3 guests. The kitchen and dining area opens to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, flat-screen television and a vast sectional sofa – Just down the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and shared private bath with a shower/tub combination.
Ascending the staircase to the second floor you'll find a second master suite that has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower with twin shower heads including a tranquil rain shower head. Down the hall is another guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom. Adjacent to the second master suite is another bedroom with 2 triple twin bunk beds – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. The focal point of the second level is the game room which features two Queen sleeper sofas, plus two extra large bean bag chairs, and a 75” TV – the perfect spot for for the whole family to enjoy a movie or game night!

Perfect location! We had three families (6 adults and 6 kids total), and did not feel crowded at all. The pool was perfect for cooling off. There was plenty of beach toys and beach chairs for us to use. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and location was what we wanted. However, the place didn’t appear to have been cleaned, problem with ants & roaches, shower/tub leaked and flooded floor, several light fixtures looked like they would fall at any minute, only one of two shower doors on master bath shower, (which new doors had been delivered and sat on the front porch for the entire week.) For the price that we paid, someone should have came and installed them days ago. Microwave door wasn’t attached very well which caused the microwave to not work. My family made the best out of the week but company needs to follow up to make sure things are getting taken care of and especially cleaned around there.

Overall experience was great, had lots of space for the entire family, property did have an ant problem on the outside patio area and by the pool area, Needs to be sprayed before new guest arrives. Back pool area had weeds grown up on steps and broken glass in and around the pool area. Would recommend the cleaning crew use a leaf blower to ensure everything is cleaned up and picked up for the next guest. The cornhole boards were broken, we made it work and still had fun playing it. Inside of the property was very clean. Few ants here and there. My niece found a surprise left over from a previous guest in the night stand in one of the rooms so we had to ensure her everything was clean. Other than that the stay was nice and relaxing. Would book again if we bring everyone down there again.

The property is in an excellent location within walking distance to the beach, food, and shops. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic. There were many activities and outdoor games available which we all enjoyed playing. The place was clean and comfortable, having everything needed. You could tell the place was a rental and had someone before us that abused the place with appliances needing some TLC, but the host was responsive and working on a few things others had broken. Would definitely stay here again. The price, size of the pool and location can’t be beat.
