About this house rental
Between the Estuary and the Atlantic, 200 m from the beach of "La Chambrette", come and recharge your batteries in this cozy setting.
On one level, on a plot of 950 m2, our villa was completely renovated in 2024. It is designed to accommodate a family, with its master suite, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It benefits from all modern comforts. The environment is peaceful, while having all amenities nearby.
The villa has a sleeping area, divided into two, on one side, the master suite with its bathroom equipped with a toilet, and on the other, the three additional bedrooms, which share another bathroom and a separate toilet.
The day area includes a large living room of 60 M2, facing the garden, via two large bay windows. It is open to an American-style kitchen and its central island, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. In this space, you will find a living room with a latest-generation LED flat screen TV, an area for teleworking (fiber is at your disposal), an additional table for lunch or dinner with the family, and finally, a pellet stove to complete the warm atmosphere of this villa.
The enclosed garden offers a safe play area for children. With its two terraces of 44 and 22 m2 you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sun with family or friends, in complete privacy.
You have everything nearby, a Leclerc center and a bakery 5 minutes walk away (3 m by bike). The other shops 10 minutes walk.
As far as activities are concerned, you have the beach of "La Chambrette" 5 minutes walk away. The ocean is 10 minutes away by bike (Saint Nicolas Beach). The Verdon sailing club is 300 metres away and if you want to rent a boat, "Port Médoc", the marina is 700 m away.
You can discover the Atlantic coast via the many cycle paths. If mountain biking attracts you, a very varied route (red slope) is at your disposal between Le Verdon sur Mer and Soulac sur Mer. Young and old alike will love the little train that will transport you to Soulac to the rhythm of the michelines of yesteryear.
That's not all. The Pointe Grave ferry, located 1 km from the villa, will allow you to change departments in 20 minutes and from Royan, whether by bike or by car, you can discover the Charente Maritime.
Finally, the visit not to be missed: Cordouan, the king of lighthouses. You can discover it by boat from Port Médoc.
