Items To Note:
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 2 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
House Rules:
Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 11
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

My husband and I stayed here with my parents, and our 5 kids ages 14-29. The property met all of our needs and we were able to enjoy some much needed family time! We are pleased with our experience!

The house was nice. However the cleaning service was horrible. Dirty dishes in cabinets two toilets with urine still in them with strips saying sanitized used q tips on bathroom floor. Dead Cockroaches in house linnens were soiled not clean. Food still in freezer. House was very nice we just spent several hours cleaning prior to enjoying vacation.
