About this house rental
This beautiful house belonged to one of the first families to settle in West Virginia and sits on 50 acres just 1 mile from downtown Lewisburg. This house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offering spacious closets, access to large bathrooms, and TVs. The living room off the kitchen offers apple TV, cable, and WiFi. The outdoor space overlooking the Appalachian Mountains offers 3 outdoor tables, 2 full sized seating areas, and a grill. This house is the perfect place for your next stay in WV.
Downtown Lewisburg was voted the coolest small town in America. Lewisburg offers an abundance of history, shops, and local restaurants. Wake up with a coffee on the back porch overlooking the sunrise of the Appalachian Mountains. Our home is 4,000 square feet and fully equipped for your stay with a two car garage, brand new Whirpool washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and two refrigerators.
Kitchen - Modern stone wash counters, professional series KitchenAide refrigerator, Kenmore Elite gas stove, Kenmore Elite washing machine, Keurig coffee machine (coffee provided), and all of the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
The master bedroom - King bed with luxury linen, jacuzzi bathtub, separate controlled AC, walk-in-closet, and smart TV.
Bedroom 2 - Offers king bed with luxury linen, shared bathroom, walk-in-closet, TV.
Bedroom 3 - Offers king bed with luxury linen, shared bathroom, Smart TV, large closet.
Bedroom 4 - Offers two twin beds that can be used separately or as a king bed. This room features a spacious closet and a private bathroom.
Outdoor Space - Is perfect for hosting a small gathering. The grill is in great condition and perfect for summer nights with ample seating provided.

My girlfriends and I had the best weekend. We spent most of our time in the amazing outdoor spaces, which was made possible because of the heaters they have. When needed more propane for a fire pit and they were there to replace it right away. We will be back!

Bonnie Brae had a great layout and was perfect for our four couples! Beautiful views and really enjoyed the outdoor area and fire pit in the evenings.

I am from the area but decided to rent this home so my family would have a gathering place after a funeral for a family member. This home was perfect for that gathering and its serenity, peacefulness and beautiful views really helped us all to start the healing process from the loss of our loved one!
