About this apartment rental
An elegant apartment within the historical house built by Don Maguire in 1891. This flat has 900 square feet to unwind and relax. Sleeps 5. A King bed in the bedroom. A queen futon and a pull-away twin. This charming gem is located in the heart of Ogden city’s art district on historic 25th street. Within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment. Onsite parking. Next to OGX stop and close to transportation to the ski resorts. Whether it is a room you are looking for on a business trip or a weekend getaway, we can accommodate! The unit is on the second floor so it does require guests to go up a flight of stairs. Because of the historic nature of the building and because of other tenants in the building, we prohibit children under the age of 8. And pets are also prohibited.

We loved the charm of this place but it had one little issue that was beyond anyone's control. The AC motor went out and was not available locally. This of course was in the 95-100 degree part of summer so our room was 88 degrees. We had to check out and get a hotel but the owners graciously refunded us our money. We will book again for our next trip to Ogden.

Beautiful property. Walking distance to some really good restaurants. Would have given the place a 5 star rating except the A/C was out and it was quite warm. Jen the manager supplied us with some cooling options and communicated well.

We did have to contact the property manager to get our check in instructions, but the property was so cool. We loved the views and the proximity to town was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
