This beautiful single home is located at Windsor Island Resort. With easy access to the world-famous Orlando theme parks and area attractions. Just 9 miles to Walt Disney World! Enjoy for free an extravagant modern clubhouse incorporating a large resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river, slides, and children's water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf.
This lovely thematic house, with 5 bedrooms and a game room, is an amazing place to enjoy with your family creating lasting memories in this remarkable house that brings comfort and adventure to your vacation!
Our house can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars. The community is very strict and records all vehicles entering the property. Once the limit is reached, they do not allow any additional cars, including any pick-ups or drop-offs.

The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World? theme parks and is also close to many dining and shopping options.
The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can?t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.
Golf carts and other recreational vehicles are not permitted at Windsor if found subject to penalties.
Please note that the internet service is provided by the community/association and not by our company. While it is generally reliable, occasional signal instability or interruptions may occur, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Place was mostly as described. There was information that isn’t in the listing that is important to travelers like me: air conditioning is slow to cool the upstairs where most bedrooms are. (Was 80 when checked in, dropped to 74 6 hours later but would climb with front door open 5 seconds 5-6 degrees and not drop quick enough)-broken elements of the house:-bedroom closet door (listing photos do a great job to make it unnoticeable)-tv remote backs broken-pool safety pole broken-bed frame damagedOverall, it was good, but wasn’t a great. Listing is great.
