This cozy cottage at Ørnevej 26 in Furreby offers a peaceful seaside escape just 200 meters from the wide sandy beach of the North Sea. The main house provides 40 m² of comfortable living space with two bedrooms, a toilet, and a bright open kitchen and living area. The living room features a wood-burning stove and opens onto a conservatory/covered terrace - perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen connects seamlessly with the living space, creating an easy, social layout. An additional 33 m² garage building adds valuable space, housing an extra bedroom and the main bathroom. The cottage sits on an 815 m² natural plot in the quiet village of Furreby, surrounded by nature yet within easy reach of Løkken, with its shops, transport, and amenities. Several scenic paths lead directly to the beach, making seaside walks and swims effortless. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two single beds, one with a bunk bed, and an annex with two single beds, making the home well-suited for families or small groups. This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a calm and relaxing stay. A refundable deposit may be charged before arrival to cover utilities and any additional services used during the stay. Final settlement is based on actual consumption, with any remaining balance refunded within 21 days after departure. Important Note - • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property.
