It has a fantastic view, a good interior and really nice rooms, from which you can follow the city life, the sea breeze and the smell of the many delicious restaurants with food for both children and adults - and everyone in between. Details about the apartment:There is room for 4 people in the bedrooms and 2 in the loft. Distributed over the apartment's beautiful 142 square meters. The apartment is newly renovated in a safe style, reminiscent of an American loft. A little urban, very stylish, lots of fantastic space, and we could go on and on. Fantastic bathroom, and we would love to welcome you inside. Directions:The apartments are practical and beautifully decorated and focus on comfort and modern facilities. The apartments are heated with district heating, which is both practical and economically sensible. Large, bright and beautiful kitchen and living room, and everything else our heart desires when we move into a modern and newly renovated holiday apartment in Løkken. A bright summer house, pleasant sloping walls, exposed beams and a charming building. Outdoors:The apartments are located on the first floor of an impressively beautiful property. The buildings are located in the middle of the forest edge with fresh air and only a few meters from the North Sea, where they are very close to Alting, and yet they are raised to a level above the traffic and noise of city life. Come by the landscaped grounds, where there is plenty of space, whether you want outdoor activities, wellness and relaxation or swimming and hiking. Bed layout:Bedroom 1: 2 beds (double bed 180*200). Bedroom 2: 2 beds (double bed 180*200). Loft: Air mattress. Non-smoking holiday apartments and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order a packed lunch when booking.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are billed according to consumption and are not included
