At San Lucas Palms, you`ll have access not only to our private home, but also easy access to the Tahquitz Creek Trail which is great for morning walks and runs, with easy access to the South into Deepwell and Twin Palms Neighborhoods.
Please note, poolside casita not included and not rented during your stay. If interested in it, please ask!
We won`t be available in-person, however our local concierge will be 24/7. We are also always reachable by the app, phone or text.
The pool area features a modern in-ground pool, a poolside outdoor fire pit, above ground jacuzzi, outdoor dining and BBQ outdoor cooking area.
CONCIERGE: Your private concierge will greet you and help you get acclimated to the estate. They are available to you 24x7 if you have questions or need anything, including meals, massages, etc... (fees apply)
SPA/JACUZZI HEATING: FREE! :)
POOL HEATING: Heating outdoor pools in Palm Springs requires large amounts of natural gas, so heating the pool with natural gas will incur an extra fee and will be billed prior to your arrival. If you`d like the pool heated please mention it in your reservation request and we`ll let you know the details - heating the pool up to a comfortable temperature (82 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on how cool it is outside) takes approximately 18 hours.
ENERGY CAP: Our home is highly energy efficient, well insulated w/ solar panels. However, to encourage responsible behavior (e.g. keeping doors and windows closed while AC/heat is running) there is an energy cap of $70 per week. For reference, our monthly energy bill during the hottest months in Palm Springs is no more than $125 - (and we like the house cool in the summer and warm in winter...).
SECURITY: For security of the property we have security cameras at the front door and side entry. We also have decibel (noise level) monitoring to ensure no one gets fined by the City of Palm Springs due to vacation rental noise ordinances.
🛑 CITY NOISE ORDINANCE Palm Springs is strict. Fines are up to $10,000.
The Rule: NO amplified music or noise should be audible from outside the house at ANY time.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Consequence: Violation will result in immediate removal from the property and responsibility for city fines.
🛑 NO PET POLICY Absolutely NO pets allowed (due to allergies). We monitor the doorbell camera upon check-in.
🛑 OCCUPANCY & GUESTS
No Extra Guests: No additional guests allowed on the property or in the house without prior approval.
Monitoring: We get alerts from doorbell camera on extra guests; unauthorized guests will result in removal.
🏊 POOL & JACUZZI RULES (IMPORTANT)
Hygiene (Strict): No sex in the Jacuzzi (yes really - $500 cleaning fee if the filters are ruined)
Shower First: Please shower before entering to keep water clean.
Sunscreen: Allow to dry for 15 minutes before swimming.
Safety: No glass/ceramics. No children in Jacuzzi.
Cover: Close and latch the Jacuzzi top when not in use.
No Parties: Absolutely no pool parties or amplified music.
👞 CARE FOR THE HOME
Shoes: NO shoes inside the house or pool suite.
Furniture: You MUST use coasters and hot pads. Damage to wood furniture will be billed at full replacement cost.
Bedrooms: No food or drink allowed in bedrooms.
Septic: Flush toilet paper only.

No Smoking/Vaping: Indoors is strictly prohibited. Use the Yoga Garden only.
Prohibited: No candles, incense, or massage oils.

We had a fabulous get-away week in this lovely home. The house was perfect for two couples, and the pool cabana would make it great for three couples to enjoy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the pool area was private and lovely. Adam and Eli were outstanding hosts. We can’t wait to return!

Home and location were perfect for relaxation and exploring Palm Springs. Hosts and home exceeded expectations. Home was perfectly organized and outdoor and pool area is beautiful!
