Our home is geared more towards multi generational family's with kids for summer vactions. There's only 1 bed in each room, with the exception of 1 room having a full over twin bunk bed. 5 beds total in the house, the 6th bed is a pull out couch in the family room. We have strict house rules against CELEBRATION style rentals, absolutely NO birthdays/ bachelor's/Bachelorette .

Lovely home for extended family with young children. Pool was clean and appreciated especially by the seven year old. Tennis court is private and lovely space, a beautiful walk through the woods on a wide path connecting to other trails.Playground a walk or bike ride away. The owner very nice and helpful. We visited friends at the Charlestown beach so we didn’t use our pass to go to Greenhill Beach except for an occasional walk, which was lovely. Overall… A wonderful week!

This is a beautiful,comfortable,private home in a quiet neighborhood.Easily accessible to our favorite restaurants and beaches. The pool and hot tub were an added plus. I can think of no negatives about this rental!

We had a great vacation here. There were 8 adults and the house was comfortable. The mattress I slept on was comfortable. The parking passes to the nearby beach was a nice addition and close option. Although we really didn’t use the pool since we were at the beach the majority of the time, the pool and deck are nice. There are a few things the kitchen could use to be fully stocked but overall the house has everything we needed. The refrigerator in the garage provided space for beverages during the week. Highly recommend this property.
