This is an apartment located on the 9th floor of a modern condo in the prestigious area of Bella Vista. The Condo has a rooftop accessible to the guests where they will enjoy a Pool, Gym, and a breathtaking view of the city and sea at night and at day. You will not have any issue parking your vehicle if you are driving because you will have an assigned Parking on premise, Free. In the living room you will also enjoy A 65" Smart tv, Modern furniture, a balcony facing the city. An inviting bedroom with a king bed with50" smart tv will also be available for you and you companion. If you feeling in the apartment an AC is conveniently located in the living room and the bedroom to add more comfort to you and your companion. The bathrooms is equipped with all you will need in a bathroom. A half bathroom is also available for you and your guests. 3 suggestions: 1) Information, instructions and rules book should be left in a visible place, not under a coffee table. 2) A better job is needed at cleanliness. 3) If communication will be strictly text, then it should happen within a couple of minutes. In all fairness, the condo is new, provided utensils were adequate, the complimentary coffee, bottles of water, and cooking aids we’re very thoughtful. Edward, at front desk was particularly helpful.
