We loved our stay there, and didn’t want to leave.
The interior of the house was beautifully done, and actually more furnished than the pictures show. Everything worked well and it was extremely comfortable. So whatever post hurricane problems they had seem to have been taken care of.
But we spent almost all of our time outside. The patio area around the pool had a good seating area where we could see the beautiful views and also keep an eye on the hour six year old daughter, who pretty much lived in the pool. All of our meals were at the outdoor dining table and the grill worked very well and got a lot of use! Our only critique was that the pool could’ve been set a little bit warmer but Heather, who is great, said it would be adjusted on the next maintenance visit.
Overall, we highly recommend this beautiful little house. Great for a couple or a small family.

While the area is still heavily under construction following hurricane Ian, there was still plenty to do! We rode jet skis, played putt putt, rode go karts, shopped and lounged on the beach. It felt like a private beach because there were so few tourists there! The owner provided us with a list of open restaurants, activities and stores which was very helpful. I know the reviews aren't the best but I disagree. We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed. I personally did not see a single bug inside the house. Additionally, the netting around the pool was all in tact. I know that there were complaints about it not being repaired, but it was. I would also imagine it was difficult to find someone available to do the work with all the damaged properties in the area! We also left something behind and the office was quick to respond to us and allowed us to go back after check in.
I was very pleased with everything at the house and recommend it for your stay. If you are second guessing it, don't!

Fair View of the Bay was exactly as described - The views of the bay and canal from the lanai were amazing!! The home was small, but clean and no problems were encountered. We would definitely return once Estero Island has had more time to recover from Hurricane Ian as the devastation is still very present and most of the businesses on the island are not open yet.

We stayed here last week Oct 13-Oct 18th. At first glance place looked great. Pool was wonderful except it wasn't very warm even though says "heated". I did let them know and it seems the temp got adjusted. Also the area around the pool was filthy with bird poop, mouse poop and a dead crayfish. This should have been cleaned up before our arrival. Suggestion...add some potted plants around the pool looks very plain looking.
Kitchen remodel looks great! Love the coffee bar except there was no condiments for it most VRBO's have this. No necessities like tin foil, olive oil, seasonings etc. Again most we've stayed in have bare essentials for cooking in a kitchen. Also, the fridge water or ice did not work. I still bought drinking water since I wasn't sure if it was filtered or not.
Master Bedroom bed was horrible, not comfortable at all you can almost feel the springs in the mattress. Needless to say we did not get a lot of sleep here. If you are going to run a VRBO you should be investing in a nice mattress if you want your guests to return. Same goes with the couch pullout that should have a "Mattress Topper" on it again this you definitely could feel the springs and not easy to lay on. Also the tv and air wiring is strange..it splits.
2 bathrooms which were very nice both had towel sets but only 1 washcloth? Not much toilet paper either so you will have to buy your own.
Lastly, it was an ok stay not really worth the $ we paid as opposed to other VRBO's we've stayed in.
