New 3b-2bath home with big private heated pool and hot tub, steps to the beach.

This house is absolutely amazing! It is very luxurious from the furnishings to the kitchen items to the light fixtures. The pool is exceptionally large for the number of people the house can hold! The kitchen has equipment to cook (including knives that were nice) and you could easily prepare food here. The third bedroom (bunk room) was perfect for our cousin group to use and they had a great time in there. The TVs were large and the streaming services worked great! The WiFi was great for working while there. The host is super low key and communicated very effectively. We couldn’t figure out how to use one of the fans and he walked us through the (very easy) steps to resolve it. Easy peasy. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach as there’s a public beach entry super close by. The house has a great beach wagon and all the things you need for a beach day. The grocery store is within 2 miles, and you can walk or drive to all the best Fort Myers restaurants that are so close by!We would absolutely choose this house again for another trip to Fort Myers.

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at! I have now stayed in many VRBO’s for my travels as I prefer it to hotels. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had. Communication: Nick is the most responsive host just before the vacation, during and just after vacation. He helps check in process go perfectly and follows up to ensure the trip is going smoothly. He is eager to know if there could be any improvements, but honestly, I can’t think of one. Location: The VRBO is SO walkable to the beach and restaurants which is so nice to avoid having to park especially if you have rental car. Also having a private pool is incredible. We used the pool every afternoon after the beach. Amenities: Nick has everything you can think of. Beach accessories (massive beach wagon, multiple beach chairs for all multiple family members, beach pails, shovels, umbrellas, coolers!), pool accessories (noodles, floats), and miscellaneous (bikes!). The kitchen is STOCKED with things you need. Spices, pots/pans, appliances, etc.Kid friendly: Traveling with my toddler for the first time was nerve wracking but he had a pack n play, sheets, kid utensils/plates/bowls and even a high chair! I brought my pack n play foam topper so it was extra soft for bedtime to make it even more like home. Nick truly cares about making family’s comfortable and thinks through everything!! All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 review. I sincerely hope my family and I are back one day!!

Great location. Close access to the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The property is very clean and has lots of toys, chairs, and everything you need for the beach. The home is well furnished for staying in for meal's. The pool and hot tub are great. Would definitely stay again.

This house was beautiful and very clean. My family of 5 had more than enough room and the location was very convenient to the beach and all the restaurants in FMB. Highly recommend!
