The host was very responsive right from the beginning. The wifi was not working very well in the bedrooms, but the next day the internet company arrived and installed an extender. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms all with ensuites. The location is amazing - walk across the street and you are in the beach. The sunsets are beautiful.
