Comfortable and spacious. Owner has it stocked with just about anything you need. The front yard is a work in progress. The back yard is huge but undeveloped. We had concerns at check-in due to the state of the yard and the fact that the house seemed lived in. After being there a few days, we started to appreciate everything that was available to us. We spoke with the owner who is very caring and responsible and made sure we were satisfied to the best of her ability. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Home was clean and represented well as on site. Thermostat was DOA so house was hot (79 degrees). Found batteries and temp was good by bedtime. There was one smoke detector hidden in a drawer that started beeping low battery during the night. Took three adults quite a while to find it. We booked the house for our two pups to be able to run. Back yard was unbelievably overgrown with open holes all over as they are working on sprinkler system. Backyard fence had openings where dogs could get out. Not as represented in listing photos. Evolve did get the front and back yard mowed after I complained. This is rattlesnake area so an overgrown yard is particularly frightening. Sprinkler workers left front yard gate open and dogs got out. Thank God, we were able to get them back. Fridge full. It seemed like we were staying at the house of a friend of a friend who just walked out the door to go away for the weekend. Not up to the VRBO standard. Frankly, I think this listing should be removed until homeowner has it ready for paying guests.
