About this house rental
In the east of the beautiful holiday island of Læsø, you will find this cozy, newly built vacation home, which is secluded from the neighbors on an undisturbed natural plot. You will be staying here close to the forest and the golf course. The port town of Østerby Havn, which offers shops, shopping facilities, and several restaurants, is only a few kilometers away. The modern vacation home is practically equipped and tastefully and well thought-out furnished. It consists of a living room with large windows that provide wonderful light. The living area has a wood-burning stove and there is an open-plan kitchen connected to the dining room, 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating. There is also a good loft with mattresses where the older children in the family can retreat and have some peace and quiet. The outdoor area of the house offers two terraces, one of which is covered. There is also a practical outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen with a table and sink, ideal for cleaning mushrooms or fish you have caught, and a charging station for an electric car. The planting on the property makes it the ideal place to enjoy a summer evening on the terrace without being seen by neighbors or passersby. Water consumption included. Please note that youth groups and pets are not permitted in the house.
