About this cottage rental
Cuanbeg, when translated from Irish, means "Little Haven." Originally used as a hay barn until the 1930's, this quaint cottage has since been restored and reimagined. It now offers a unique experience for the modern world traveler, combining all of the charm and tradition that you would expect of an old-world Irish cottage along with the highest levels of luxury and comfort, including a 52 jet outdoor hot tub.
While the setting is rural, Cuanbeg is close to beaches, golf, cycling, walking trails, and many other activities. It is also situated within the South Kerry Dark Sky Reserve, offering beautiful stargazing opportunities on a clear night.
This cottage has 3 double bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 6 adults with an additional option of 2 extra fold out beds for a maximum of 8 guests. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is another first floor bathroom with a bathtub and a separate power shower. The traditional appearance of the newly fitted kitchen cleverly houses all of the conveniences one could wish for, including a range style cooker, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator/freezer.
High speed WIFI is also included.

We had a great stay at the cottage in Maulin. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in was perfect, the kitchen was so well equipped, big rooms and very quiet surroundings. We will defo go back. Thanks Kevin and Heather
