This stunning two-level villa offers the ultimate in luxury and relaxation, just a 15-minute drive from the city. The property features a heated pool, a sauna, and a hot tub with a large TV. For golf enthusiasts, the Ågesta Golf Course is only a 3-minute walk away, while a tennis court, available for free, is just 200 meters from the house.
Enjoy the spacious terrace with a large grill for barbeque, pool and a garden, perfect for outdoor activities. The villa also includes a ping pong table, dartboard, and foosball table. Children will love the built-in trampoline, playhouse, swings, and more. Located near beaches, shopping centers, and nature reserves, this villa provides the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation in Stockholm.
We receive many inquiries for various events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, etc. It’s perfectly fine to ask about these, and we will assess the request based on the information you provide. The villa features 4 bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed for 2. There are also 2 additional mattresses available if needed. For larger bookings, the small house is included, which has 4 beds in a loft, its own bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen.
Next to the parking area, there is another house where our property manager usually resides. He may not always be available but can assist if needed during your stay. For groups larger than 16, it may be possible to rent this house as well for an additional cost

Property was very nice and everything was as described. We had plenty of space for all of us. The host left detailed descriptions for how to find and work everything that was super useful. I only had to ask one question, which was answered quickly. Would stay here again

We were seeking a larger property to comfortably house our family and friends. Although this was one of the primary reasons for selecting this VRBO property, the home offered so much entertaining amenities which made our time together even more memorable.We played volleyball, ping pong, swam, walked down to the lake, grilled and gathered around the large kitchen table playing cards, games and puzzles way too late into the night.Absolutely a must to consider for larger family gatherings…
