After a full day of play, come back and enjoy the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that creates an inviting space for gathering and entertaining! The seamless transition to your outdoor entertaining space boasting a new spa, extended deck set up with chairs, wood-burning fire pit and a gas grill. You have string lights for a perfect way to unwind.
Your home away from home centrally located along 30a with 3 bedrooms, bunk room with work space and 3rd floor private room with pull out sofa. Sleeps like a 5 bedroom. After a day at the beach, relax in the new hot tub, gather around the fire pit with string light and fenced in yard for privacy and security.
Location is key -- Did we mention a 4 minute walk to 2 beach entrances? And steps from 30A Cafe, Angelina's, Tom Thumb/Cumberland Farm convenience store, Goatfeathers Seafood market, Dough Sea Dough donuts and many other dining options and boutiques nearby. We have a list of favorites we share in advance.
Ideal layout for families with kids - kids love the bunk room with a tv. Also great for couples or a girls/guys trip - adults love the 3rd story wet bar, tv lounge room and deck for sunsets or just enjoying some sun.
1st floor:
- Relax in the great room with smart TV, gather around the island or grab some board games.
- Bedroom and full bathroom across the hall
2nd floor:
- Get some work done in the office loft with 2 bunk beds
- Enjoy the spacious master with a balcony, bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity and garden tub...and a water closet!
- Another bedroom with a full bathroom, large vanity and walk-in shower.
3rd floor:
- watch the sunset from 3rd story lounge with wet bar and large tv.
- grab a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony
Other highlights:
Location, location, location - central along 30a if you want to visit Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, Big Chill, Grayton Beach - you're central to all and just steps from the beach!
For those that want kitchen amenities, we have a graciously stocked kitchen with pots & pans, utensils, coffee pots, tea kettle, toaster, blender and air fryer.
Board games & books provided.
Wagon and beach chairs in an outside storage closet.
