As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, we require a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) to be submitted as a scanned copy prior to your check-in day. This is a mandatory step to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite to preserve the floors.
No parties or gatherings are allowed; only registered guests may enter the property.

Great part of town, easy walking distance to the old port and downtown. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Our contact messaged us back very quickly the couple times we reached out. None of this bothered us but it’s worth mentioning that the building seems like it’s not quite finished. There are wires hanging out on the facade, the elevator was out of service for half a day, and the screen where you enter a code to open the front door started acting up halfway through the trip.

This was in perfect location for vacation in old Montreal. It was walking distance to all the points of interest and very close to the old port of Montreal. The condo was a nice size for our family of 3. Would definitely recommend
