About this villa rental
New modern house completed in December 2024 located in the Golf de Lascolinas, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Spain, 7 km and 10 minutes from shopping centres and beaches.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an independent toilet, and a floor area of 175 m2 on a 950 m2 plot.
A 100 m2 south-facing terrace overlooks a magnificent garden and 4 m x 9.5 m swimming pool. The other 50 m2 terrace faces north and has uninterrupted views over the golf course.
The swimming pool has no protection and is close to the terrace and therefore accessible for small children.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a laundry room in the basement equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 can be configured with either 2 single beds (90cm) or a double bed (180cm).
The bathrooms are magnificent, with single or double sinks, mirrored cabinets, showers and toilets.
2 bathrooms have a separate toilet
The location is ideal:
- high above the valley
- located on the Golf de Lascolinas
-10 minutes from the magnificent VILLAMARTIN or Las RAmblas golf courses
- just a few minutes from the CAMPOAMOR golf course
- 15 minutes from the town of Torrevieja
- 10 minutes from the ZENIA BOULEVARD shopping centre
- 5 minutes from a supermarket
- 10 minutes from the beaches of Compoamor and Cabo Roig
- located on the edge of the countryside
- 2 minutes from a sports centre with tennis court and paddleball court
- 50 minutes from Alicante airport
Rates are seasonal and include the cost of Includes :
electricity, water, heating and air conditioning for standard use
Not included
- optional bed linen and towels for €25 per person per week with beds made on arrival.
- pool heating available for €25 per day
- wifi for €15 for 7 days
- weekly water consumption over 4 m3 or electricity over 150 kwh
- end-of-stay cleaning
The deposit of €3,000 is paid by VRBO.
The entire transaction will take place on your arrival via an international agency on site.

We had the most fantastic week away in this luxurious villa, it was absolutely immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for more. The host has clearly put a lot of time and effort into making the most beautiful villa. The area is so peaceful and we felt so safe. My daughter was so upset to leave and is already asking to come back. Thank you so much for letting us stay :)
