Ceunant consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room seating four people, a sitting room with a TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, and a twin serviced by a shower room and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a large enclosed multi-level wraparound garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and a summerhouse, plus off-road parking for 1 car and additional parking nearby. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ceunant is a fine choice to enjoy the countryside in Newport, Pembrokeshire. Note: Please keep the garden gate closed due to free-roaming livestock. Note: Please abide by the Countryside Code and keep dogs on a lead whilst on the hillside. Note: There are steps in the garden and down to the property.

Town: Newport is a beautiful coastal town in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales, lying on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, plus an excellent golf course overlooking the sea as well as a lovely sheltered harbour. Newport lies on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is renowned worldwide for its unique landscape and opportunities to go dolphin and seal spotting. Wonderful coastal walks along the path or in the nearby Preseli Hills with the ever changing scenery are a walker's dream all year round. Learn about history when you visit the mills, craft centres and castles dotted around the county or spend a day at the wonderful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort where you can learn hands on all about living during that time. See the majestic Shire Horses at the Shire Horse Farm or spend relaxing days on the huge choice of beautiful sandy beaches.
