Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath in hip Montavilla neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee and movie theater just a 3 minute walk away. Full use of space. Large yard with fire pit and views of Mt. Hood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to three major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Office space with desk and printer. Dedicated coffee bar. I live in this property when not rented.

Aaron is super responsive and helpful. The space was warm and inviting! The location is a short walk from the Sunday Farmer's Market, restaurants, brewery, bakery and coffee shops! We loved our stay!

Aaron’s place was convenient to interstate and restaurants. We had what we needed and he was easy to reach. Check in and check out process was seamless.

Great property. Large kitchen, large living area, two bathrooms. Very clean within a vintage property. Aaron is a great communicator. We hope the property is available the next time we're in Portland.

Had a great stay in Montaville and enjoyed exploring Stark, Belmont, and Hawthorne streets. Nice little bungalow had everything that we needed... great common area and kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and walking distance to fun. We'll be back...
