LIC historic district of Dutch Kills presents LIC COZE Basement Apartment. This apartment is centered around BoHo inspiration and also high levels of comfort. There are 1.5 bedrooms. Let me explain. Main room possess a Large queen size bed and full bathroom. The Other room has the kitchen, living room, dining section, bathroom and nook with large twin size bed It posses a full kitchen with electric hot plates, sink, toaster refrigerator & microwave and an additional study nook with its own single bed that has a twin pull out underneath. A total accommodation for a family of 6 comfortably

The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. Subway access is nearby, and while there is an overhead train you can hear at first, we quickly got used to it.
The main downside was communication. Check-in instructions were not provided until the day of arrival, and a question we had wasn’t answered until later that evening, which was stressful. VRBO customer service was excellent and very supportive. Overall, the apartment itself was nice, but earlier communication would have improved the experience.

The only thing I have feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the place because the floor and the stairs were not as clean as I would like but the place was great, the communication with the host was easy and he helped us with everything we needed.
