About this cabin rental
The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with private hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Please note there may be guests occupying the upper level of the home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access to the lake with a public access area within walking distance that contains a parking spot and is secluded. No children under 12 or fires are permitted.

We absolutely loved the Terrace! The thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the room was amazing. We arrived to find a personalized card and basket of goodies waiting for us. The hot tub was perfect and completely private, location is beautiful, and the patio is the cherry on top! We will absolutely be booking again in the future.

We came to Eureka for a weekend birthday getaway. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the cabin was quiet for some much needed relaxation.Crystal and Ben were amazing hosts! I had some trouble accessing the key to the property(user error, not the fault of the property) and they were kind, helpful and patient with us. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay!

I had an absolute blast on the Terrace! The property itself is clean, homey, and stocked with books, games, movies, dishware & cutlery. Had a great time utilizing the hot tub (also clean and works well) in addition to the community fire pit area and access to the dock! Would highly recommend hiking around Beaver Lake Dam on the Overlook Trails and visiting the restaurants on Van Buren. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the hosts! Communication was clear and very thorough.
