Welcome to Kleines Haff Hus, your perfect vacation home in Mönkebude on the Kleines Haff, the Oder Haff.
Sunny and quiet, just a few steps from the dike and the lagoon (Baltic Sea) and its own swimming cove, your year-round vacation home is located here.
This charming log cabin accommodates up to 4 people in approximately 65 m² of space and features a bright and open living/sleeping area with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor, as well as a sleeping area on the loft. The sunroom serves as a place to retreat or socialize; this is where the extendable dining table is located.
With its lawn and spacious wooden deck, the garden offers plenty of opportunities to find a spot in the sun or shade.
You’ll find 4 comfortable garden chairs for the garden table on the wooden deck in the garden shed.
From the dike, you can enjoy the setting sun (perhaps with a glass of wine?) while taking in a breathtaking view of the lagoon with Usedom in the background.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation, an active getaway, a beach vacation, or simply want to get away to the north again, the Kleines Haff Hus is the ideal choice for your vacation by the sea.
You’re welcome to use our two bicycles to explore the surrounding area. For longer bike rides, we recommend bringing your own bikes; you’ll find plenty of secure space for them in the garden shed (including a power outlet).
A modern washing machine and dryer are available in the house, along with heating for year-round use and air conditioning for the hot months. All appliances in the house are new and energy-efficient, including the heat pump for heating and cooling.
Your energy consumption is actively supported by a photovoltaic system (balcony power plant with storage).
High-quality insect screens on all windows are a given.
As a guest, you have free access to our Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the property.
If you’d like to bring your own sailboat (or fishing boat), your own boat slip is available in our harbor (by arrangement).
The vacation home community is car-free; you can drive very close to the house for loading and unloading, and we also have a cart available for your use. You won’t have to carry anything—from daily groceries to heavy suitcases.
A secure parking space is available to you free of charge.
The solid wood house is used year-round. Come rain or shine, the new and highly efficient heat pump ensures a cozy, warm stay. The bathroom also features underfloor heating and a towel warmer.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
