Just a 7-minute walk to Wandsworth Town Station, you can reach London Waterloo in around 15 minutes, making central London and its iconic sights easily accessible. And 7 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station - 30 minutes to Gatwick. Local attractions are nearby, with Southside Shopping Centre a 15-minute walk and scenic Wandsworth Park just 20 minutes away. Perfect for exploring London!
Enjoy a charming ground-floor apartment with its own entrance, and garden.
Step into an open-plan space featuring a comfortable living area, kitchen, and dining space. Relax on the cosy sofa, with a round double coffee table, an armchair and a flat-screen Smart TV.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, with the fridge conveniently located in a separate room nearby.
Both bedrooms have double beds dressed in hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom features one wall with a standard window and another with a floor-to-ceiling window, flooding the room with daylight. The master bedroom also has two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has direct garden access, a wardrobe, and bedside tables as well. The garden provides a table and two chairs for fresh-air relaxation.
The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower option, complimentary toiletries, and soft, plush towels for your convenience.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
