The cottage's garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book. The holiday home is energy efficient with an air/water heat pump, thereby reducing consumption. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and air conditioning from energy-efficient systems. The house also offers a charging station for electric cars. The summer house is bright and inviting, with vaulted ceilings and spotlights. The house is practically designed with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The kitchen/family room features a ceramic hob (induction), extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, and separate freezer. There is a high chair for the little ones. There is direct access to the house's large wooden terrace from the kitchen/family room, where you will find the house's outdoor hot tub and sauna, both sunken/integrated. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, and a Smart TV, where you can stream your own TV services as well as German TV (satellite). Large, bright, and stylish high-quality bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. In addition, there is direct access to the outdoor shower/the house's large wooden terrace. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, all with good quality beds, 2 of which have double beds and 1 of which has a double bed and 1 bunk bed. In addition, there is a loft with three good beds (spring mattresses) and a weekend bed for the little ones. There is a PlayStation 4 with games in the loft. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. The house offers both open/covered terraces with high-quality garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. There is also a trampoline (use at your own risk). Not available for rental to youth groups or groups of tradespeople. For vacation stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
