COME ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL OUTDOORS IN SUN VALLEY, IDAHO!
This family friendly Ketchum townhome boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 8 people comfortably. There is a large and inviting living space with wood fireplace, wide screen TV, and dining room table that seats 8 people. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities including dishwasher, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, gas range and oven, all necessary cookware, cutlery and dishes, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, breakfast nook with table and seating, and plenty of pantry space for food. The front deck has an outdoor barbeque along with dining table and seating. The heated driveway keeps the snow melted for easy driveway access during the winter months including an enclosed garage and side port for parking. There is an outdoor jacuzzi for taking care of sore muscles after a long day of skiing. Additional comforts and conveniences include free WiFi, board games, books, pack and play crib, wide screen TV in the master bedroom, office desk and chair in the master bedroom, Apple TV located throughout the house that you can access with your personal streaming accounts, air conditioning units in both the living room and master bedroom, washer and dryer, bicycles available for riding located in the garage, sleds.

It is walking distance to town where there is shopping and excellent restaurants to choose from. Pickle ball and tennis courts are two blocks away. It is only 0.7 miles from your home to River Run chair lift and Sun Valley's Bald Mountain Ski Resort. This house had everything our family needed for a fun filled spring break ski trip. The close proximity to town and the large guest and primary bedrooms was a plus. Our kids had plenty of beds to choose from. The owner Brad was very communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Thanks again!

The house was perfect for our two young families for a long ski weekend. We loved the proximity to town, skiing, and the hot tub! The house was really well equipped and the owner was super easy to communicate with. We will rent again!
