I'll start with the con's first: When we arrived, we couldn't check in because we were supposed to have received a mail with a roomnr and code before our arrival. Although we had the booking- and paymentconfirmation, they couldn't give us the room without us receiving a message. We didn't received it. So the receptionist had to take my cellphone nr so they could whatsapp me this details. Eventually we got a room on the 4th floor with cityview. The apartement is located on a very busy road. We were out all day so this didn't bother us. Couldn't use the safebox cause no one knew how it works. We had a tv without cable, so no tv-channels, so it's either netflix or youtube. No phone in the room, if you need anything, you have to go to the reception. On the 6th day, in the morning we had to move to another room on the 5th floor because there was no electricity in our room. This second room was much better equipped with appliances, tv with channels. Pro's: Unicentro mall is a 3 minutes walk away with a foodcourt. Several restaurants in the neighboorhood. Breakfast was good, friendly guys. Love the shower Clean room, nice bed Value for the price I could stay there again
