This 1890s home has been lovingly maintained and renovated through the years. Be our guests and enjoy:
First floor:
✓Stunning chef's kitchen with marble counters and upgraded appliances
✓Large dining table with place settings for 6 dinner guests
✓Living room TV with Roku for streaming from your own accounts
✓Powder room accessed through the kitchen
✓Wraparound front porch
Second floor:
✓Primary bedroom (King) with a wall of custom built-in cabinets
✓Second bedroom (Queen) with an additional Roku TV
✓Third bedroom (Two Singles) with a door to the balcony
Additional:
✓Basement laundry (unfinished basement)
✓Fenced-in back yard with parking for one vehicle through a gate
You'll have access to the entire home except for a small owner's storage area in the basement, which will be locked.
Most of your interaction will be with Kate & Nat, the property co-hosts. We live in the neighborhood and will respond quickly if you have questions or need anything, but it's unlikely that we'll meet in person.
The Short North Arts District is home to some of the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and night life in the city. Park your car and walk everywhere!
Victorian Village (our local historic district within the Short North) features incredible turn-of-the-century architecture and is known for its annual Tour of Homes. Take a Sunday stroll around Goodale Park or along Neil Avenue to enjoy the sights.
The Yellow Porch House is located near the intersection of 3rd Ave. and Neil Ave.
Bus routes along Neil Ave. make it very easy to get downtown or to The Ohio State University without a car. The area is very walkable to shopping and dining along High St. in the Short North Arts District.
Please be advised that the property does have an exterior security camera system.
The TV does not have cable or access to any free live channels. It is a “smart” TV only. You will need to log into your own streaming accounts to play content on the TV.
