Alte Com Amor

De locatie is in een prachtig Portugees dorpje. Huis zelf was van werkelijk alle gemakken voorzien, mooi binnenplaatsje en makkelijke communicatie met de gastvrouw. Dorp biedt veel leuke extra, oa een prachtige plek bij een natuurlijke bron, street-art en kennismaken met fado muziek.

We absolutely loved so many things about this property. It's location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the little centre of Alte where there are a few shops, cafes and restaurants. Entry using the key box is super easy. We brought bikes with us and there was space in the courtyard to put them together and a great little lockable storage room to keep them in. The look and feel of the place is so lovely, it's beautifully decorated. Helena the host has thought of all the little details you could need in the kitchen and bathroom and was super easy to contact. We were travelling with our daughter and she provided a cot and a small bath which was very useful. But maybe our favourite thing was the little terrace and a hammock that was perfect for relaxing. It's sheltered, quiet and not overlooked. I can't wait to go back and stay again some time.

Everything - the space, the location, the outdoor area, and bathroom. It was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere in Alte from the property and come back and enjoy cooking together. Really special place! Helena was very responsive over WhatsApp which was much appreciated when we were new to the country!!
