Bem recebido pelo Marcelo que mostrou a casa e as regras. Localização muito boa pertinho da estação Venezuela, da linha amarela H. Ônibus praticamente na porta. Quarto confortável com mesa de trabalho, arara para roupas e várias tomadas. Só não tinha Ar Condicionado como constava na descrição do Booking, apenas um bom ventilador de teto. A ducha é muito boa, apesar do minúsculo banheiro acessível por uma íngreme escada. Cozinha boa com bastante utensílios, geladeira, fogão e micro ondas. Marcelo, apesar de não morar no local está sempre atento e responde quase imediatamente qualquer pergunta pelo Whatss.

Gostei de tudo, apenas creio que a ausência de um Ar Condicionado possa dificultar no verão. Nos 3 dias que fiquei não fez falta.

The room is very cozy and the owner was super friendly. It was warm and clean in the room! I could use the washing machine which was super convenient!! Also location is good.

The common space was dirty, kitchen and bathroom were under reparations, there was no soap in the bathroom and the first day also no toilet paper. I didn’t use the kitchen because it looked very unclean. Also the hot water runs out after 5 mins! The owner is a very friendly person, but it felt like he tried to monetize every little detail. When I asked to use the washing machine - especially since the place wasn't very clean to begin with - he wanted to charge an extra 4k. I didn’t mind paying, but a compensation for the dirtiness would have felt good too. Check-in was also restricted to a tight window between 3:00 and 4:30 PM, which made me anxious about potential flight delays, he also randomly closed the living room for an entire day during my stay. It was not terrible but surely a complicated stay 😅
