Studio cozy à Grenelle

Solo necesitaba un lugar para dormir y la verdad cumplió bien. No es muy grande, pero tiene todo y es fácil de usar, algo simple que hace justo lo que tiene que hacer

Spațiu mic, dar folosit inteligent. Nimic nu părea pus aiurea, totul avea locul lui. Faptul că e aproape de câteva puncte importante a făcut lucrurile mai flexibile. Fără bătăi de cap, doar un loc care chiar funcționează

Le studio est très bien localisé, proche de la Tour Eiffel et avec plein de magasins et restaurants aux alentours. Il y a aussi un arrêt de métro proche. L’hôte est très présent.

La machine à café était payant

Location is pretty good. It's close to a lot of things, there's good bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. The price was fair.

Absolutely hated the deposit that was requested. Through my own fault, I missed the fine print which said a deposit of 1000€ is required - if I had seen that, I would definitely skip. So you either need to provide a 1000€ refundable deposit or add 150€ non-refundable insurance to your booking. Seeing as we had a week-long booking at 950€, we went with the insurance because I obviously won't trust strangers with 1000€ The apartment is in fair condition, but poor enough for someone to claim you damaged something and take some of your deposit. Also, if you don't strictly follow self-checkout rules, you're in risk of losing 1000€ All in all - I'd recommend skipping this and booking something a bit more expensive that is a better
