Excellent value. Super clean. Quiet town location

Super clean room with microwave, small table and tea/coffee making facilities. Really friendly and helpful owner. Don't be put off by the external appearance of the property and stairs; the actual establishment is lovely. The bathroom is shared, but the shower is powerful with plentiful hot water and very clean. Really comfortable bed and lovely view from the room. Parking is 5 minutes walk away, but free and seemed safe.

The stairs are a little steep which might be difficult for some people. The walls are a little thin, but it wasn't an issue for me. I slept well in the really comfortable bed. Some people might not like that parking isn't on site.

De locatie leek aan de buitenkant wel een anti kraak pand. De hal zonder licht was nog in de verbouwing. De inrichting is gedateerd. De badkamer die gedeeld wordt met andere gasten vertoonde kapotte wc bril, lekkage overal op de vloer water. De kamer was schoon, maar het bed heeft zijn beste tijd wel gehad.

Het bed heeft een houten rand in het kopschot. Dat is niet fijn voor je elleboog. 🤣

Room in Lobith

Die Dame im Haus war sehr nett. Ich durfte schon eher ins Haus. Mir wurde am Abend das Frühstück gebracht damit ich morgens zeitig auschecken kann. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Gemeindschaftbad und die Zimmer waren sauber. Ich durfte weiterhin mein Rad im Eingangsflur abstellen( Mehr wie zwei Räder passen nicht hinein,) Daumen hoch dafür.

Das Haus ist noch in Renovierung und sieht von außen nicht einladend aus. Das Haus ist hellhörig.( Fernseher aus einem anderen Zimmer)

Echt waar voor mijn geld. Kamer met alles erop en eraan (koffie en thee, magnetron-oven, ijskast, ventilator) en ook nog een lekker ontbijt. Alles netjes en schoon. Op de gang grote badkamer met toilet.

Je krijgt meer dan waar je voor betaalt. Gastvrij ontvangen en de kleine kamer heeft bijna alles wat je nodig hebt. Koelkast, aircooler, waterkoker, magnetron, koffie apparaat en genoeg thee en koffie. Ontbijt was ook lekker Kamer was zeer schoon en netjes.

Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Prima kamer en bed met koffieapparaat en waterkoker. Gelegen op de dijk in een prachtige omgeving. De Plus supermarkt is op loopafstand en een bakkerij aan de overkant. Het beroemde Pieterpad loopt langs het dorp Lobith. De duitse stad Emmerich met vele winkels ligt op een kwartiertje rijden. Ontbijt was prima, niet uitgebreid maar voldoende. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk. De gedeelde badkamer was schoon en ruim.

Het is een ouder pand en best gehorig. Van buiten ziet het er niet aantrekkelijk uit maar dit word komende maanden aangepakt zowel binnen als buiten.

NIKS…..het was ronduit VERSCHRIKKELIJK

ALLES, bed 130x190 zeker GEEN kingsize, en het bed was zo zacht dat we bijna op de grond sliepen, gedeelde badkamer met minstens 10 andere personen hoofdzakelijk mannen. Er lag een zak verpakte broodjes van de Plus klaar, klein pakje kaas, 4 schijfjes boterhamworst, 4 bevel boter, 4 jam. Nul tot NIKS comfort. En dat voor ons als 75 plussers was voor ons de reden om de volgende ochtend ZEER VROEG en ZONDER te kunnen douchen vertrokken zijn, de urine lag naast het toilet en de scheerspyllen van de mannen lagen op en in de wasbak.
