We had an amazing stay at Greenland Plaza! The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home during our extended stay. The location was fantastic and made it easy to get around Kigali, and the views of the city were beautiful. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They were always willing to help with anything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of. The restaurant and breakfast were also excellent, and having an apartment with a kitchen and plenty of space made Greenland Plaza especially convenient for a longer stay. The property was modern, well-maintained, and felt very safe.

The services were great, and the staff members were genuinely friendly. They always go out of their way to help you. A special thanks to Joel, who quickly came to my rescue when my cab driver didn't have change after payment. He stepped in and helped resolve the issue, showing true dedication to customer care.

Their internet connection isn't the best; it tends to be quite spotty and unreliable at times. Once, when I went for breakfast. I waited over 30 minutes at the restaurant before my order was taken. I tried signaling to one of the waitresses, but she kept ignoring me. I understand they can be busy, but taking orders shouldn't take that long, and I didn't even get a menu to start with. Eventually, another waitress responded immediately when I signaled to her. which was a relief

I was in Kigali for a training course. I was happy that it had facilities that accommodated 8 of us in the 2 & 3 bedrooms Apartments. So we could stay together in the same building. The location was good for us. Thank GOD the elevators were working well, considering I was on the 8th floor. The daily cleaning was also a good thing I appreciated.

I didn't like the fact that few toilet brushes, ironing boards & irons were shared amongst the apartments and we had to beg to have them provided and each time they were brought, they were removed by the cleaner in our absence. When we confronted the housekeepers, they said it was because they had to share the few toilet brushes & irons among the apartments. I found that cheap, ridiculous and an act of cutting corners. We had to beg to get cups/mugs, cutleries...I had to use the soup bowls for tea. There was no soap and sponge to clean the dishes. We had to provide that. For international guests that we were, it was tacky service. Though the building structure was good, the service truly needs to be improved upon. There wasn't anyone senior and truly professional to handle the kind of guests that were at the facility. Such a facility should have a competent Manager on ground, supervising the operations and managing the guests properly. Some of the young girls left at the reception couldn't even converse in English which create a language challenge. Lastly & most importantly, it was not convenient that we had to transact in cash and that the Company or Residence Managers did not use POS terminals or money transfers throughout our stay.
