This home also comes with 10 lake and pool passes, giving you access to the Big Boulder Lake Club community amenities. Outside, discover a private deck complete with an outdoor dining table (umbrella for shade), and a BBQ grill for cookouts. There’s also a bonus sitting area under the deck where you’ll find some casual seating and a lounger. Inside, tall ceilings and cozy decor give Highland Hideaway a warm and inviting atmosphere. The primary living area has a television, comfortable seating, and a fireplace, while nearby, the dining table has seating for 7-8 (including bench seating). The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen offers additional barstool seating and has everything you need for at-home preparing and serving. The lower-level game room features foosball, a Wheel of Fortune Casinocade game, and an additional TV to give your group a secondary place to play and connect. The upper loft area offers an additional sleeping space, while five comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms ensure everyone has a space to call their own. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This rental comes with 10 complimentary passes. Additional passes can be purchased before check-in if needed. Rates are $25 per person per day, $125 for 4 people for 4 days, or $150 for 4 people for 7 days. The Club offers access to the lake/beach, pool, volleyball, tennis, boat/watersport rentals, and more. Parking Details: - Two parking passes / spots are available near the home. We also provide 3 parking passes for an overflow lot. 5 vehicles is the MAX amount the community will provide parking for per unit. --- The room configurations are as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen Bedroom 2 / Queen Bedroom 3 / Queen Bedroom 4 / Twin, Twin Bedroom 5 / Twin-Full Bunk Loft / Futon (sleeps 1) Living Room / Sleep Sofa (sleeps 2) --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
