710 Ocean Boulevard: a 6-bedroom oceanfront estate on Isle of Palms with a private pool, hot tub, rooftop deck & private beach access. Set right on the sand at the northern edge of Charleston's barrier islands, 710 Ocean Boulevard — known to returning guests as Piper Point — is a six-bedroom oceanfront estate built for the kind of trip where the whole group comes and nobody wants to leave. Six king suites spread across three levels sleep twelve, and every bedroom opens to its own private bath, so there's no negotiating over space in the morning. The outdoors is the real headline. A private pool faces the Atlantic, with a Baja shelf — the shallow entry step — that's ideal for parking a chair in a few inches of water or letting little ones splash where it's easy to keep an eye on them. The hot tub sits right alongside it for the end of a long beach day. Two wide oceanfront decks wrap the home with outdoor seating, a full outdoor living room, a dining table that fits everyone, a flat-screen, and a gas grilling station. When you want to be closer to the waves, a private boardwalk runs straight down to one of the best stretches of beach north of Charleston. Up top, a rooftop deck — the highest point of any home along Ocean Boulevard — turns the view into the main event. From here you can pick out the Isle of Palms Pier, the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, and the Ravenel (Cooper River) Bridge, with cargo ships sliding in and out of Charleston Harbor and, on a clear day, the Morris Island Lighthouse in the distance. Back inside, the main level keeps its focus on the water: a great room with floor-to-ceiling sliders, and a kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and a big island that gives the cooks room to work while everyone else stays close. The bedrooms are laid out for comfort at every turn. The first-floor king suite adds a separate sitting area, the second level holds four more bedrooms — including two oceanfront masters that open directly onto the deck — and the entire third floor belongs to a single king suite with its own access to the rooftop. Wherever you land, a water view isn't far. You're a short walk or bike from Front Beach, the island's little business district, where the shops, restaurants, and ice cream cluster along the oceanfront. The Windjammer — the beach bar where Hootie and the Blowfish got their start — is an easy stroll home after live music in the sand. And when you're ready to trade the beach for history, downtown Charleston is about twenty minutes away, with the City Market, the aquarium, and the Lowcountry's best restaurants waiting at the other end of the causeway. *Home Truths:* - City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - This home does not offer pool heat. - Guests must supply their own beach towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. *Parking Details:* Driveway accommodates 6 cars. ... Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
