Most bedrooms feature king beds, and one flexible sleeping room includes a king bed plus a triple bunk with a full bed and two twins. Additional sofas and a sofa bed provide even more sleeping flexibility, bringing the total occupancy to 16. Additionally, the driveway is situated on a drop-off, so we recommend using extra caution when navigating the area.Parking details:There is space for 4 vehicles in the driveway.No garage is available.To ensure you have the best experience, we have a few house rules that we require all guests to follow, and we ask all guests to sign our Good Neighbor Policy prior to their stay. Failure to comply with our guidelines may result in fines and could lead to immediate eviction without a refund.- Please keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly outdoors, including music, conversations, and any other loud activities between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
